Your role

You will be responsible for the administration of production-based activities in line with the needs of the Production management team. You will also support front desk administration in welcoming visitors to site, and support both the Engineering and Production teams with the administration of critical assets across the business unit. This will include preparation and organisation of key documentation, planning of meetings and population of the production rota to ensure smooth running of the daily operation. You will also be the primary contact for supplier/s of clothing utilised in Production and be required to maintain an organised process around deliveries and availability.

Annual salary: 26,650 Annual leave of 25 days + bank holidays (increasing to 27 days after 3 years service) Annual company bonus scheme (subject to scheme eligibility) Pension - you will be auto-enrolled after 3 months of employment at 5% (with an employer contribution of 4%).
