was established in 1988 and manufactures and supplies specialist quality products for use in ground investigation, water well, and geothermal drilling applications, as well as a variety of railway drainage and landfill gas & leachate management products. The company employs about 60 people and operates across three locations in the UK and one site in Germany.

What you'll be doing as our Production Administrator....
You will play an important part in maintaining control, traceability, and data accuracy, working closely with production, warehouse, and office-based teams to keep operations running smoothly.
Managing daily production and logistics paperwork, including order acknowledgements, picking lists, delivery notes, and shipping documentation
Tracking, obtaining, and filing Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation
Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately, signed where required, and filed in line with company and ISO procedures
Acting as a key point of contact for documentation-related queries between production, warehouse, and office teams
Carrying out daily and cyclical stock counts across production and warehouse areas
Investigating stock discrepancies and working with the Site Manager and Operations team to resolve issues
Maintaining accurate stock records within the ERP system (Opera)
Supporting with stock audits and full stock takes
Supporting ISO 9001 compliance through accurate and compliant production and logistics documentation
Conducting internal site and documentation audits
Identifying non-conformances and improvement opportunities, raising NCRs or OFIs within Asana and supporting corrective actions
Assisting with the control and maintenance of quality documents and records
Ensuring relevant H&S documentation is completed and stored correctly
Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes, accuracy, and efficiency
Supporting 5S and continuous improvement initiatives
Working collaboratively with the Site Manager and wider teams to streamline workflows and reduce errors

This is a part-time, permanent role. We are open to 4 or 5 hours per day and need someone on site each day Monday to Friday. The hourly rate for this role is between 12.50 and 13.00
(depending on experience),
with 25 days of holiday (plus bank holidays).
