We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our clients expanding team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience within manufacturing environments, as well as assembly and warehouse operations. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of the administrative processes while supporting various operational tasks.
Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
Assist in the assembly of products using hand tools and power tools as required.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inventory and warehouse activities.
Coordinate with team members to facilitate smooth workflow within the warehouse environment.
Provide support in troubleshooting mechanical issues and performing basic maintenance on equipment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workspace.
Assist in training new staff on administrative procedures and operational protocols.
Requirements
Familiarity with assembly processes and warehouse operations is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, between 7.30am and 4pm
