As a Production Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes. You will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, supporting the production team, and maintaining accurate records to keep our operations running seamlessly. This is a key position in our company, requiring excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide administrative support to the production team, including scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting. Maintain accurate production schedules and ensure timely communication of any changes. Liaise with customers to ensure they're aware of any issues impacting delivery of their parts. Process work orders and monitor job progress, ensuring production timelines are met. Coordinate with various departments, including purchasing, quality control, and shipping, to ensure smooth workflow. Assist with production planning and contribute to improving efficiency. Handle general office duties such as answering calls, emails, and filing.

Skills and Qualifications:



Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment. Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with production planning software is a plus. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-25,500.00 per year
