Location:

Part-time (4 days / 32 hours per week)



28,000 per annum full time (pro rata at 4 days)

We're looking for a proactive and organised

Production & Inventory Coordinator

to help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

About the Role



As our Production & Inventory Coordinator, you'll be the essential link between our creative, operational, and fulfilment processes -- making sure garments are made on time, materials are where they should be, and stock is in the right place for customers.

From tracking orders to liaising with seamstresses, from raising POs to managing fabric stock, you'll bring structure and clarity to our production process. You'll help manage all orders with care and precision, while supporting our wider operations.

Key Responsibilities



Track and manage incoming customer orders, coordinating fulfilment across our studio and production partners Oversee production workflows -- allocating work, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met Take the lead on bespoke orders, working closely with our seamstresses to ensure a smooth and accurate process Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials (fabrics, trims, packaging) and finished garments, across all channels and storage locations Maintain fabric and trim stock levels, flagging reorders and monitoring usage Keep production calendars and order trackers up-to-date using tools like Google Sheets and Monday.com Pack and ship customer orders in-house, ensuring timely and professional delivery Monitor returns and stock movement, updating inventory records and highlighting any issues Liaise professionally with internal and external partners, maintaining clear and timely communication

Person Specification (Assessed by CV/Cover letter contents)



Essential Criteria



1. At least 1 year's experience in an administrative, production, logistics, or operations support role

2. Strong organisational and time management skills with evidence of managing multiple tasks or projects with competing deadlines

3. Proficient in using spreadsheets (e.g. Google Sheets or Excel) and digital tools (e.g. Monday.com, shared calendars)

4. Clear written and verbal communication skills, with experience liaising with customers, suppliers or internal teams

Desirable Criteria



1. Experience in inventory management, order fulfilment or stock control, ideally in a fashion, production or retail setting

2. Knowledge of or interest in slow fashion, garment production or natural fabrics

3. Experience coordinating bespoke or made-to-order products, or working with small-scale makers or producers

4. Qualifications in business admin, production, supply chain or related field (Level 3 or above)

Pay: From 28,000.00 per year
