Pettinaroli UK is a growing manufacturer and distributor of HVAC valve and system solutions supplying building services projects across the UK and Ireland. We are looking for a

Production & Assembly Operative

to join our Birmingham-based production team.

This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone with experience in HVAC manufacturing, production, assembly or warehouse environments who enjoys working with components, tools and processes and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

Responsibilities

Assemble HVAC valve sets and system components to drawings and work instructions Carry out pressure testing, inspection and quality checks Label, pack and prepare goods for despatch Assist with goods-in, stock handling and general production tasks Keep the work area clean, organised and safe
Requirements

Experience in a production, assembly, manufacturing or warehouse role Confident using hand tools and following technical or written instructions Good attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team

Comfortable using a computer for basic admin tasks, particularly Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Willingness to learn and develop within a technical environment

Desirable (but not essential):

Experience in HVAC, plumbing, mechanical or building services

Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Full training will be provided.

Pay: Up to 12.58 per hour

Expected hours: 36.25 per week
