About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Assembly Operative to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out assembly tasks safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with Line Leaders and colleagues across the business to meet daily production targets and support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Complete daily assembly tasks and meet production targets as directed by Line Leaders. Build products to the required quality standards, reporting any defects immediately. Maintain a safe working environment and follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements. Keep work areas clean and well-organised. Take a flexible approach, supporting different roles across the company when required. Ensure you are fully trained on all equipment and seek clarification from Line Leaders when needed. Support Continuous Improvement (CI), New Product Development (NPD), H&S and wellbeing initiatives. Be available for overtime and alternative shift patterns when required. Work effectively with Line Leaders to ensure smooth and efficient production.

Education & Experience

Experience working in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment. Good numerical and communication skills. Flexible approach to work and willingness to take on varied tasks.

Contract length: 7 months

Pay: 12.21-12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week
