Job Summary
Small, long established, friendly, local manufacturing company seeks 2 new members of staff to enhance and expand our production team constructing our bespoke product. No experiences necessary but a willingness to learn. Must be physically fit. We offer Flexible working conditions.
Responsibilities
Operate various production machinery safely and efficiently, adhering to all health and safety protocols Assemble products using hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment according to specified standards Conduct routine inspections of machinery and products to identify defects or issues Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area to ensure a safe working environment Assist with loading and unloading materials within the warehouse or production area Follow detailed work instructions and quality control procedures to meet production targets Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly to supervisors
Requirements
Previous experience in a manufacturing not essential. Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision and attention to detail Basic understanding of assembly processes and quality standards Good organisational skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and lift materials up to specified weights as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
