We are expanding our team for the upcoming festive season!

Rush Digital Printing is on the look-out for a part time freelance production assistant!

You'll be working in a relaxed but busy fine art printing studio, responsible for the production of our customers' orders in our small, artisan business. This is a hands-on role, where you'll work on a wide range of orders: from artwork scanning and single fine art prints up to large exhibitions and full print editions. We are Northern Ireland's only Hahnemuehle Certified Studio, working with a range of papers, canvases and other materials, to produce beautiful products to fit every need. Whilst you'll receive training on all our processes, any experience in handling photographic and fine art papers, along with experience in design softwares such as Adobe suite is beneficial.

Part of this role will also involve you handling customer queries, in person or via phone - we pride ourselves on our customer service, so proven experience in this is important. We want you to be confident and approachable, and have the ability to discuss our services with any of our customers. We are a small and close knit team, so need you to be a keen, team player as well as being able to work on your own and on your own initiative.

You will receive on the job, paid training, so that you have a full understanding of your role along with our business and the various services we offer. We are a living wage employer, but pay will be negotiable depending on experience. This position would suit someone who is pursuing their own artistic / creative practice and who has experience in customer service and care. It would also suit someone with experience in a similar role who has a genuine passion for arts and services we offer. This is for an immediate start and is to initially help cover our busy period leading up towards Christmas. There is the potential for a permanent position in the future depending on work and performance.
