About the role

We're looking for a production assistant to support the creative, production and day-to-day running of a fast growing creative agency. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility from day one- supporting productions, preparing pitches and working closely with the Creative Director across client, creative and business activity.

As a small, creative-led agency, you'll gain exposure to every part of the business, with close mentorship and the opportunity to grow into a more client-facing role over time.

This role would suit a recent graduate who's keen to get stuck in, learn quickly and gain real responsibility within a creative agency. But we're keen to hear with production assistants with experience too.

What you'll be doing

Supporting projects across

pre-production, shoot days and post-production

Assisting with

basic editing and case studies

(preferred, not essential)

Organising

production documents, assets and workflows Helping prepare

pitch decks, proposals and presentations

Supporting client-facing activity and meetings Assisting with

business developmen

t and new-business research Supporting the development and management of

our own social media channels

General production and studio support as required

Essential skills & experience

Degree

in Media, Film, Production or a related subject preferred Proficient in

Mac OS

Confident using

Google Drive

for file management and collaboration Comfortable working with

spreadsheets

(Google Sheets) Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong verbal communication and presentation skills Proactive, reliable and comfortable working independently

Basic knowledge of video and photography equipment

Preferred (nice to have)

Basic

editing experience

(e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro) Familiarity with

Adobe Creative Cloud

Photography

or

Videography

skills Interest in

social media and digital marketing

Experience creating social content or case studies Interest in the commercial side of creative work

What we offer

23,000-25,000 salary (DOE)

29 days holiday + your birthday off
