Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our manufacturing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills within a dynamic environment. Previous warehouse experience and mechanical knowledge are advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. Responsibilities

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT General factory & production work Good understanding of English is required Must be physically fit Basic computer skills an advantage Committed with a mature and reliable attitude Available to work 37.75hrs per week Monday - Friday in Luton (Sedgwick Road Area) References may be required Keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure without supervision. 08.00-16.45 Monday - Thursday / 08.00-13.00 Friday Tea Break 11.00-11.15 Lunch break 14.00-14.30

Qualifications

Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Good organisational skills with attention to detail Physical ability to lift heavy objects safely and stand for extended periods during shifts Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in a manufacturing setting
