• \xc2\xa320,319 plus \xc2\xa31,358.28 shift allowance (total = \xc2\xa321,674.28 per annum)

About the Role:

As a Production Assistant, the successful candidate will play an essential role in the Production team, contributing to all aspects of the production of learning materials, including collation, printing, packing, and dispatch. The focus will be on ensuring the accurate, efficient, and timely production of learning materials while adhering to quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fulfilment and collation of learning kit components
• Operating print finishing equipment such as guillotines, binders (wiro and comb), paper punches
• Printing learning materials
• Packing and preparing materials for shipment
• Ensuring Production meets customer specifications and quality standards
• Maintaining a flexible and proactive approach to work

About You:

The ideal candidate for our client is someone who brings a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. While prior experience in a print manufacturing environment is a plus, it\'s not required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

The workday can be very varied, and you need to have a flexible, proactive approach to your work.

• You\xe2\x80\x99ll need to be self-motivated, highly organised with the ability to follow multiple processes, tasks and instructions accurately
• You\xe2\x80\x99ll have great attention to detail, high standards and a sense of pride, resulting in a job well done
• You\xe2\x80\x99ll be an effective communicator, able to work on your own or part of a collaborative busy team, and must speak English
• You need to be punctual and reliable as well as computer literate

Current shift times and salary:

Production hours operate under a shift work system, which includes UK Public Holidays (apart from Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year\xe2\x80\x99s Day). You\xe2\x80\x99ll be working 37.5 hours per week in accordance with a shift rota which is drawn up in line with the operational requirements of the business. However, during busy periods voluntary overtime is also available.

Current Shift times: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm; 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Monday to Friday, rotated weekly

Total Salary = \xc2\xa321,674.28 per annum (including shift allowance)
