We're looking for a proactive and organised Production Coordinator to manage and coordinate the sales orders through from receipt of order to installation/delivery.

The Role



Responsible for overseeing and streamlining the production process by managing schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring efficient operations from start to finish

Summary



Production Coordinator



Key responsibilities include , tracking materials, managing inventory, communicating with stakeholders, and resolving operational issues to meet deadlines and quality standards. This role acts as a central link, ensuring smooth communication and workflow between production, planning, and supply chain departments.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Scheduling:

Develop and manage production schedules, ensuring that resources like personnel, machinery, and materials are available to meet production targets.

Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage raw material and component inventory, placing orders to replenish stock and optimizing inventory levels.

Logistics & Coordination:

Support the production manager with scheduling and logistics, ensuring the timely delivery of products and components.

Communication:

Serve as a vital communication link between internal teams (planning, production) and external partners, such as suppliers and vendors.

Problem Solving:

Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, such as component delays or operational conflicts, to maintain a smooth workflow.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records, reports, and other necessary documentation related to the production process.

Compliance:

Ensure that production processes adhere to quality standards, safety regulations, and other compliance requirements.

Pay: 24,000.00-38,000.00 per year
