32-37 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm)

We're growing fast and looking for an energetic Production & Dispatch Operative to join our team. This is a hands-on role in a food manufacturing environment, working across production, packing, and freezer dispatch. If you're quick on your feet, used to physical work, and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we'd love to hear from you!

The Role

Picking and dispatching frozen products accurately from order sheets

Working in a walk-in freezer and production facility

Packing raw and cooked meals on the production line and labelling correctly

Washing machinery and keeping all areas clean and tidy

Manual lifting as part of daily tasks

What We're Looking For

?Experience in a factory, freezer, or food production environment (preferred)

?Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

?Able to work quickly and think on your feet

?Strong attention to detail and initiative

?Forklift experience (desirable, but not essential)
