As a Fabricator you will be part of the Fabrications team, reporting directly into the Production Manager and ensureing projects are completed on time and in full. You will be Covering all duties related to fabrication of windows, doors, curtain-walling. You will require a thorough technical understanding of glazing products and will need to be able to read, understand and interpret technical manuals and drawings. The role will include many areas of production and manufacturing along with the use of associated machinery such as CNC, mitre saw, router, pillar drill, corner cleaners, and crimpers etc.
Salary will be dependant on fabrication experience.

2. Role Key Accountabilities
Achieve daily production target as per production schedule.
Covering all duties in respect of the fabrication of windows, doors, curtain-walling etc, using power tools.
Ensure work flows smoothly & in line with times allowed for each task.
Problem-solving, working with a dedicated team of fabricators, quality control and Health and Safety.
Ensure that all orders are made on time, to specification and to a high standard, in a safe, efficient and controlled manner.
Work alongside our H&S representative.
Report all deficiencies and issues concerning Health & Safety, your working environment, equipment and quality to your Line Manager.
Assist in the factory's programme of continuous improvement.
Ensuring all areas are kept clean and tidy around the factory area, including waste management.
Adopt a 'get it right first time' philosophy.
3. Knowledge, Skills and Experience
.
Prior experience working as an Aluminium Fabricator.
Good problem-solving skills.
Being able to read and interpretate technical drawings.
Ensuring high quality ever time.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Able to work with Power tools.
