Overview of the Role

The Production Helper supports the production team by carrying out packing, labelling, and general handling tasks to ensure products are prepared accurately and efficiently. This role is essential in maintaining smooth workflow, cleanliness, and safety standards within the production area.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out packing duties including sorting, weighing, sealing, and boxing products. Ensure all items are labelled correctly according to company standards. Follow production schedules and work instructions provided by the supervisor. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including equipment and packing stations. Assist with loading/unloading materials and moving stock when required. Conduct basic visual quality checks to ensure products meet required standards. Report any defects, issues, or delays to the supervisor immediately. Adhere to company health & safety policies and wear required PPE at all times. Support other general production tasks as requested.

Skills & Requirements

Ability to follow instructions and work at a steady, productive pace. Good attention to detail for accurate packing and labelling. Basic understanding of workplace safety. Ability to work as part of a team and communicate clearly. Physically able to stand for long periods and handle light-to-moderate lifting.

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

Previous experience in packing, production, warehouse, or manufacturing environments.

Working Hours

As per company schedule and rota requirements (shift patterns may apply).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.20-12.21 per hour
