, and are seeking a Kitchen Manager who can maintain that level of excellence while helping us innovate and grow.

What You'll Be Doing:

Overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations across multiple revenue streams (restaurant, events, production) Working closely with the Executive Chef on

menu development and food innovation

Leading and inspiring a talented kitchen team, maintaining high standards of presentation and consistency Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards Managing stock, suppliers, and kitchen costs in line with budget targets Playing a key role in delivering

conference & banqueting

outside catering events

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of

4-star level experience

in a similar role Strong background in

high-end food manufacturing,

banqueting, events &

outside catering

Confident in managing a fast-paced kitchen with multiple moving parts A leader who thrives on collaboration, development, and delivering consistent quality in line with our established executive head chef. Someone excited by change and innovation in the
