We currently have an exciting opportunity for 2 Line Leader positions, in our High Care Environment.

Main Responsibilities

Supervising line operatives to ensure consistent processes Controlling all aspects of line production Ensure there is correct utilisation of ingredients/packaging on production lines. Ensure all set targets are achieved. Communication with other departments to meet targets. Maintain consistent quality and service Ensure the smooth running of production equipment. Ensure that all staff are utilised to the maximum.

Experience & Skills required

Basic Food Hygiene qualification as a minimum. Food Manufacturing Experience Computer literate Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to complete both numerate and literate tasks. Ability to lead by example. Highly motivated individual. Be able to work as part of a team and with own initiative. Personal flexibility to meet with business needs.

4 on 4 off Days 07:00 - 19:00

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 12.72 per hour
