Job Description

Job Purpose:

To oversee and manage the manufacturing production process to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and to standard. The Production Manager is responsible for coordinating all production activities and operations, improving productivity and quality, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes and resources. Manage the day-to-day operations of the production floor, including workforce scheduling and performance. Ensure production output meets quality standards and delivery deadlines. Monitor production metrics (KPIs) and initiate improvement actions. Collaborate with project managers, designers, and logistics teams. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Ensure maintenance of equipment and reduce downtime through preventative measures. Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve performance targets. Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and internal policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

5+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing leadership role. Proven experience in managing teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and supply chain principles.

Pay: 40,000.00-45,000.00 per year
