We are now seeking a talented and experienced

Production Manager

to join our team and help elevate every event, show and night to an unforgettable experience.

The Role


As

Production Manager,

you will lead the venue's production team to ensure seamless execution of all performances and events. You will support the artistic vision, enhance the guest experience and ensure technical excellence with venue management, the events department and external partners.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Oversee all aspects of production delivery, including sound, lighting, video and special effects for nightly shows and events. Manage the production teams scheduling, performance and development. Advance artist and DJ technical riders and oversee load-ins and load-outs. Coordinate with internal teams on cue sheets, decor, maintenance and show logistics. Ensure full readiness for all events, site tours and special occasions. Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to support private hires and VIP engagements. Maintain inventories and enforce high standards of safety, communication and equipment care. Uphold and implement sustainability, safety and brand standards across all production operations.

About You


You are a calm, confident and highly organised professional who thrives in high-energy environments. You bring both technical expertise and leadership to every show, ensuring performers, clients and guests enjoy an unforgettable experience.

We're looking for someone with:

3+ years of experience in production or technical management, ideally within nightlife, entertainment or luxury hospitality. Strong knowledge of audio, lighting and visual systems and show production workflows. Experience of using and managing the following AV systems: + L'acoustics + Shure
+ Pioneer
+ Robe
+ Madrix
+ Resolume
+ Hazer
+ CO2 jets
Experience managing artist logistics, show cues and cross-functional team coordination. A passion for creating stand-out experiences through precision and quality. A pro-active, detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. Professionalism, flexibility and a collaborative spirit, especially when working under pressure to tight timelines. Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
