Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced production Mig welder to manufacture our products, using heavy gauge materials at our Attleborough factory. We manufacture attachments for large OEM's such as JCB in the agricultural and construction industries using the latest technologies including pulse welding and high strength steels. We are looking for a hard working, reliable individual who can add to the dynamic of our team. A weekly bonus is paid in addition to the hourly rate.

This is a permanent full time position working a 40 hour week between the hours of 7.00 am and 3.30 pm.

12.50-16.50 depending on experience

Applicants will need to demonstrate relevant welding experience and a weld test will be conducted as part of the interview for selected candidates.

Responsibilities

Fabricate and assemble metal structures using MIG welding techniques. Ensure all welds meet quality standards and specifications. Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in the fabrication process. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a MIG Welder, with a strong understanding of welding processes. Ability to use hand tools and power tools proficiently. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
