Graphic Warehouse (our trading name) is a fast-paced, growing large-format print and signage company based in North Lanarkshire. We're known for our quality, reliability, and no-nonsense approach to delivering for our clients. With new premises and expanding operations, we're looking for someone sharp, organised, and proactive to join our production team.

As

Production Planning & Logistics Administrator

, you'll be the key link between suppliers, stock, production staff, and couriers--keeping everything flowing smoothly behind the scenes. You'll report directly to the Operations Manager and support the day-to-day running of production by managing stock, booking dispatches, keeping documentation organised, and helping plan workloads using our scheduling tools.

Key Responsibilities



Stock Management:

Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage consignment stock.

Supplier Liaison:

Track incoming orders, resolve delivery issues, and reconcile invoices.

Courier & Dispatch Coordination:

Book courier pickups and ensure timely dispatch of jobs.

Job Bag Organisation:

File and manage production instruction sheets to keep production clear and accurate.

Resource Planning:

Work with production staff to plan workloads using scheduling tools and calculators.

Payment List Management:

Compile and organise the end-of-month supplier payment list.

Task Oversight:

Ensure daily and weekly default tasks are completed by assigned team members.

A sharp eye for detail and good common sense Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle tasks A willingness to learn our systems and take ownership of your role Confidence communicating with suppliers, couriers, and colleagues Solid IT literacy (Excel, cloud tools, email, etc.)
