We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic team. To support the efficient and high-quality production of stairlift rails and components following paint shop processes, lagging and assembling of components for palletisation, conducting quality checks, and ensuring health and safety standards are met throughout the paint shop process.
Duties
Assemble stairlift components for palletisation.
Operate machinery and hand tools safely and effectively.
Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
Report any defects or issues to the supervisor promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all health and safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Assist with packing and preparing products for despatch when required.
Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience
Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment (preferred).
Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Basic mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
