Production Operative - FMCG/ Food Manufacture

Reporting to: Shift Production Supervisor

Part of a multi-tasked team responsible for various aspects of the production line process based on the daily needs of the business, specific to frozen food production.

Part of team responsible for the effective operation of the processes and procedures following the relevant work instructions associated with the task

Product packing and labelling

Lifting boxes

approx. 15 - 20kg Maintaining the standard of

personal and factory hygiene

. Line/Machine operation desirable, but not essential

Personal Qualities and Requirements:

Previous experience

in Food Production or Picking/ Packing Food Hygiene.

Good understanding

of English. Enthusiastic,

keen to learn

with a strong work ethic. Physically fit for this

demanding role

, including heavy lifting in a fast-paced chilled environment.

Requires the ability to stand

and carry out repetitive tasks for the duration of the shift. Able to get

to and from site

to meet all start and finish times.

Hours:

We operate a 3 shift system- please indicate which you would prefer:

Day/Backshift - Monday to Friday 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm

Nightshift - Sunday to Thursday 10pm-6am
