We're looking for a practical, reliable and detail-focused person to become a key part of our busy roastery team. This is a hands-on, full-time role working Monday to Friday, based at our Bristol roastery. We work in a 8-hour shift, with varying start and finish times between 7:00am and 6:00pm

Whether you're packing beans, preparing orders, supporting quality control or assisting the roasting crew, your work will help deliver coffee that's better for people and planet.

What you'll do



Pack and label wholesale and retail coffee orders by hand Grind coffee to order with care and consistency Support logistics and dispatch, getting coffee out the door on time Work alongside the roasting team with green coffee deliveries and roasting prep Keep the roastery clean, organised and safe Record weights, batch numbers and packing info accurately Join in quality checks and cuppings Help us keep improving our sustainability practices as part of our B Corp commitments Occasionally welcome visitors and help represent the Extract brand

Warehouse or production experience?



Experience in a warehouse, production, or food environment is a bonus but it's not essential. We'll provide full training. We welcome people from all backgrounds and experience levels. You'll be supported by a kind, skilled and values-driven team who believe in learning by doing, working with care and helping each other grow.
