As a production operative you'll be responsible for preparing, quality checking, and packing office furniture at the end of our production line -- ensuring every item meets our high standards before being dispatched to customers.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Check, clean, and prepare office furniture for dispatch at the end of the production line.
Operate an automated box-making machine to produce packaging for furniture (full training provided).
Pack, label, and palletise products ready for dispatch.
Photograph products prior to packaging to support quality control.
Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and internal quality standards.
Take part in routine cleaning and upkeep of the production and warehouse areas.
Work safely and follow all health and safety procedures.
Flex up as needed to support other areas of the production team, helping to meet business demands and develop broader production knowledge. This flexibility will also provide valuable opportunities to upskill and gain experience across different departments.
