Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team in managing manufacturing processes. This role is primarily for assembly work, although packing and managing machines may also be required. The ideal candidate must have previous experience of working in assembly, being able to work with intricate parts and showing attention to detail. Having some experience in the other areas will also mean contributions to our other production operations can be made.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a small team on an assembly line
- Assemble, glue and pack parts to the correct specifications/requirements
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet standards
- Operate machinery and equipment to produce parts, according to specifications
- Assemble and fabricate components using various tools
- Monitor machines for any malfunctions
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications
Factory experience preferable. Have experience with assembly of small components.
Must be able to work as part of a team as well as being able to use own initiative.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
