As a Production Operator within our Despatch Team, you will be responsible for supporting the safe and accurate packing, handling and dispatch of customer orders. This role involves packing UK and Export orders, picking stock, labelling and moving materials, with full training provided -- including FLT and Clamp Truck training.

Key Responsibilities

Wrap and pack materials in line with customer specifications and Standard Operating Procedures Pick UK and Export orders accurately from stock Load and unload vehicles using hand electric trucks, FLTs and clamp trucks Print and apply labels with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Record and move label stock material electronically Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment at all times Work collaboratively with the wider production and despatch teams Support general housekeeping and other duties as required

Shift Pattern

This role operates on a

3-week rotating shift pattern

:

Week 1:

Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:00pm
Friday: 6:00am - 1:00pm

Week 2:

Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Friday: 12:00pm - 6:00pm

Week 3:

Monday to Thursday: 8:00pm - 6:00am

About You

Experience in a production, manufacturing or warehouse environment is helpful, but not essential Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality A team player with good communication skills Able to work safely, follow procedures and use initiative Positive attitude and willingness to learn -- full training provided
