Monitoring and managing stock levels across warehouses and sales channels to maintain optimal availability
Creating and adjusting production schedules to align with sales demand and manufacturing lead times

Analysing data and trends to anticipate stock issues or inefficiencies
Creating and updating purchase orders and production plans
Identifying opportunities for supply chain improvements and cost savings
Collaborating closely with the finance, operations, and ecommerce teams
We'd Love to Hear From You If You:
Have experience in supply chain coordination, production planning, or logistics
Have worked with international supply chains and understand the challenges of lead times, MOQs, and freight
Are confident with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis) - knowledge of VBA is desirable
Have experience with MRP systems
Familiarity with ERP/warehouse management systems - experience in Unleashed or a similar platform is ideal
Have worked with or are familiar with Shopify and/or Xero
Are naturally proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts
Are a strong communicator who enjoys problem-solving and getting things done
