We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Support Leader to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the day to day production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
This position requires a strong organisational skilled leader with proven people skills, a solid understanding of IT systems and a confidence with manufacturing processes, making it essential for maintaining high-quality standards in our production environment.
Architen Landrell Manufacturing are leaders in tensile fabric structures, and are involved in projects all around the world. With a factory team of 10 skilled fabric manufacturing technicians, we are looking for someone who wants to make a career in an exciting business, where every day really is different.
Duties
Coordinate daily production staffing activities including holiday and training plans to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Complete project administration on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, using IT systems in place
Monitor short term production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines, with collaboration with the Technical Leads team and Head of Operations.
Collaborate with all departments to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
To drive and maintain ISO9001 Quality accreditation within the manufacturing processes.
Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report on performance.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the factory.
Assist (where necessary) in the preparation of manufacturing materials to ensure the factory team are able to efficiently carry out fabrication projects.
Provide training and support to new team members on equipment operation and safety procedures.

Proficiency in using IT to solve problems and drive efficiency.
Experience in a manufacturing environment, and working with people.
Previous Quality ISO9001 coordination experience is advantageous, contributing to improving factory processes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective teamwork.
Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges promptly and efficiently.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand factory machinery.
A "Go to" personality able to work with a varied range of people from other departments with a vested interest in the manufacturing output.
