We are now seeking a highly organised and proactive PU Administrator in Perth, on a 12-month fixed term basis, to support the smooth running of our site administration. This is a key role within the Kanthal team, providing administrative support across HR, Production and Customer Export.
This role is fully onsite and not open to remote working, due to the requirements of the role.
Your role
Key responsibilities for this role:
HR support - provide administration for recruitment, onboarding, training, policies & process, employee benefits and employee engagement. Support with the administration of wellbeing initiatives by arranging employee occupational health assessments, management medicals and onsite podiatry appointments. Handle all aspects of the company car fleet.
Production support - data inputting, gathering and reporting. Update the on-time delivery tracker. Update the Production Matrix and provide general Production administration support as required, while working closely with the Production Administrator.
Customer Export support - electronic scanning and filing. Checking shipping freight cost of transport invoices for payment approval. Collating of shipping documents from customer order files and courier portals.
Other responsibilities will include: -
General administration: - answering phones, greeting visitors, arranging accommodation/taxi's/meals etc. for visitors, assisting and directing employee queries, opening mail and other ad hoc duties as required.
About you
You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience of providing administration support using your excellent time management skills. You will have first-rate attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and ensure that confidentiality is maintained at all times. The ability to work under minimal supervision and the initiative to problem solve through collaborate teamwork using your communication skills. HR administration experience is desirable but not essential. On the job training will be provided.
