Overview

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Workers to join our dynamic team in the food production industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the efficient production of milk products while adhering to strict health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Operate production machinery and equipment effectively to ensure smooth operations. Follow HACCP guidelines and food safety protocols to maintain product integrity. Assist in the preparation, assembly, and packaging of food products. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area in accordance with health regulations. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Report any mechanical issues or malfunctions to supervisors promptly.

Requirements

Previous experience in food production or a similar role is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety practices is highly desirable. Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues is beneficial. Strong basic maths skills for measuring ingredients and calculating quantities. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while adhering to safety guidelines. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Two week rolling rota

Week one:

Monday 8am to 2pm

Wednesday 9am to 2pm

Thursday 8am to 2pm

Week two:

Tuesday 9am to 2pm

Friday 9am to 2pm

Sunday 9am to 1pm (Time and a half)
