Production Worker at Printing Company

We are looking for a friendly, motivated person with great attention to detail for an immediate start. You'll be working in a fun but fast-paced print manufacturing environment as part of a great team responsible for framing canvas and wall art prints using automated printers and equipment.

Our prints are handcrafted each step of the way from printing to frame assembly and shipped across the world, delivering happiness to our customers' doorsteps.

We also manufacture and ship other similar items; including photo mugs, slates and cushions.

This role would suit a young person who is keen to learn and seeking to progress within our company, as we envisage the ideal candidate being trained on our ESKO cutter and fast frame machines as well as various printers should they prove capable at this entry level position. This could potentially lead to progression to a more senior position within our company.

Duties and Responsibilities

Learn and use our automated and barcoded systems Operate our printers and machines once training has been provided Interact as a positive, productive team member across all areas of production and shipment Maintain a safe work environment with a well organised and clean work area Be prepared to jump in and assist colleagues in other areas of production and packing

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Great common sense and an eye/attention for detail Ability to follow written and English verbal instructions to perform tasks Previous experience in a busy production environment is preferred A 'can do' attitude combined with an ability to learn and think on your feet

Pay is National Living Wage as per 01 April 2025 (12.21 p/h or 10.00 p/h for under 21 year olds)
