As we continue to grow and expand, an opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and versatile individual to join our close-knit team in Jersey on a part-time basis (20 hrs per week). You will be passionate about delivering a high level of customer service to our clients and students alike and will enjoy owning a variety of admin processes that contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the department.

What you'll be doing



Maintain the highest levels of customer services at all times Maintain online systems and databases ensuring accurate data entry Collaborate with colleagues across BPP to ensure invoices are issued in line with SLA's Accurately and promptly use our online booking systems to book appointments for students Managing the department inbox, ensuring all queries are responded to in a professional and timely manner

What we're looking for



To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:

Previous administration experience in a commercial environment Strong communication skills both written and verbal Competent user of MS Office including Teams, Excel, Word Excellent attention to detail Able to work well both within a team and on one's own initiative A flexible mindset with the enthusiasm to support colleagues and other areas when required Prior experience in an education setting would be advantageous
