We are seeking to appoint a Professor of Digital Innovation to undertake a range of research, grant bidding, leadership, and impact generation. This is an exciting time to join the Faculty of Science and Engineering as we are currently undergoing a period of sustained growth with ambitious plans. We\'re committed to build a more diverse representative faculty of excellence in STEM research, teaching and scholarship.

You will assist the Faculty leadership team in enhancing and improving the University\'s international standing and demonstrate academic leadership in innovation and knowledge exchange activities in digital innovation, and a willingness to support others to achieve research excellence.

As part of the role, you be provided with a generous startup package, including a Research Fellow and equipment costs.

With a PhD or Professional Doctorate and currently holding the title of Professor or ability to meet our Professorial Criteria, you will have an established track record of research outputs that are internationally excellent and/or experience of digital innovation solutions research and commercialisation.

You\'ll have extensive expertise as an academic researcher and/or knowledge exchange. With a collaborative and supportive leadership style, you will be committed to equality, diversity and inclusion and to nurturing a culture of research integrity and open research.
