Programme Administrator
Salary from 32,435 to 35,554 pa inclusive with potential to progress to 37,891 pa inclusive of London allowance.
The LSE Extended Education unit provides academic leadership and support for a suite of Global Programmes, awarded by the University of London (UoL), including undergraduate degrees and diplomas in Economics, Management, Finance and the Social Sciences (EMFSS). With more than 9,000 students across the world, studying for a wide range of undergraduate-level qualifications at one of over 30 Recognised Teaching Centres or through distance learning, the
LSE Global Programmes
provide a significant financial return to the School.
We seek a Programme Administrator with demonstrable organisation and IT skills, high attention to detail and proven ability to work flexibly as part of a team and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders with professionalism.
The post holder will play a key role in supporting the ongoing development and enhancement of the programme. You will provide vital administrative support across a range of projects and Learning Management Systems, to enhance the experience of students pursuing distance learning degrees or studying at Recognised Teaching Centres.
You will be part of an ambitious, responsive and proactive team, working closely with the LSE Global Programmes team, Recognised Teaching Centres across the world, LSE academics and University of London colleagues.

Please note this role is office-based three days a week with two days a week from home, except during peak periods (e.g. exam sessions) when it is office-based four days a week, with one day a week working from home (approx. 13 weeks in the year).
