Are you passionate about shaping innovative education that truly changes lives? We're seeking a dynamic and driven Programme Lead to manage our alternative education provision -- someone ready to raise aspirations, champion excellence, and deliver outstanding outcomes for every learner.


In this pivotal role, you'll work alongside the Head of Curriculum to drive success across key performance areas -- from recruitment and retention to achievement and high-value outcomes. You'll oversee curriculum delivery, quality assurance, and staff development, ensuring a consistently exceptional student experience.


Your leadership will help design and implement a creative, inclusive curriculum that meets the needs of learners, employers, and our local community. You'll take pride in managing your team, supporting innovation in teaching and learning, and maintaining the highest standards of performance, compliance, and care.

You will:

Lead on curriculum performance, quality, and innovation Manage staff and support their professional growth Oversee course delivery, assessment, and student progress Ensure effective timetabling, resourcing, and risk management Represent the college and build strong partnerships with external stakeholders

You'll bring:

Proven experience in curriculum leadership or education management A passion for alternative education and inclusive learning Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills A commitment to delivering exceptional student outcomes A drive for behaviour management that is robust, fair and inclusive
