Department Overview The International Programmes team is responsible for delivering Cyber Security Projects projects in the Managed and Support Service arena, managing Upgrade Operations and deploying Network Refreshes and expansions to our Managed and Support Service Customers.

  • Manages the delivery of Cyber Security related projects from initiation to close out, including tracking and evaluating project performance.
  • Manages the development and/or implementation of Motorola Solutions products or services.
  • Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams focused on delivering new or upgraded existing products or services.
  • Ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and within accepted quality metrics.
  • Participates in project review and status meetings and communicates project status.
  • Utilizes six sigma and project management methodologies to ensure maximum project effectiveness.
  • Motivates the project team to ensure optimal performance.
  • May assist in developing business plans, strategies, and approaches to take advantage of business opportunities.
Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, engineering or similar is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 year Project Management experience, preferably with experience in Service Implementation, Telecommunications, Radio Communications, or Aerospace/Defense.
  • Strong Technical acumen working with internal and external support and engineering tea.
  • International Experience in delivering multiple projects across time zones in various countries.
  • Experience in establishing programmes from scratch
  • Demonstrated competency with office tools (e.g. MS Office and Google Suite).
  • Demonstrated competency with a project management tool (e.g. MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet, or a SaaS PPM Tool).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and desire to collaborate with internal and external business/technical teams.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
  • Experience in Cyber Security or related projects would be an advantage
  • Highly organized, structured, and process-oriented; team-building skills are a plus.
  • Committed to Programmes that run over an extended period (2 to 3 years)
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Able to simplify complex situations and provide updates accordingly.
  • PMI Certified PMP is preferred, and ITIL will be an advantage.
