Several Seats is seeking a Programme Swimming Coordinator to support the delivery of a
women-only swimming programme
. The role involves ensuring a safe, organised, and welcoming poolside environment for all participants.Responsibilities:
Set up the hydrotherapy pool before each session Complete all safety and environmental checks Provide poolside support during sessions Record attendance accurately Act as the main point of contact for participants, carers, and volunteers Support programme communication, including monitoring and responding to group chat queries
Person Specification:
Reliable and well-organised Confident in communicating with a range of people Comfortable working in a poolside environment Able to follow safety procedures accurately Friendly, supportive, and professional

This position is for a
women-only swimming programme
, and applicants must be comfortable working exclusively with women participants.Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 per week
