located at Portsmouth FC training ground is operated by Mosaic Spa and Health Clubs on behalf of Portsmouth Football Club. Mosaic is one of the leading spa and leisure management companies specialising in the management of Health Clubs and Day Spas. We pride ourselves on providing a friendly and fun environment for our members and guests.

We are looking for an enthusiastic qualified swim instructor with a true passion for getting everyone swimming and who genuinely enjoys working with people, to join the team and oversee our current swim programme as the

Swimming Coordinator.

This is an exciting opportunity either for someone who has experience in a similar role, or a experienced swimming instructor looking to take on a new challenge. The main responsibilities of the role include to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Swim School, including staffing, leading the growth and development of the pool programme, as well as providing monthly KPI information.

Required experience & knowledge:

Knowledge current industry initiatives and customer trends; Understanding of industry guidelines, risk assessments and relevant health & safety documentation; Experience of booking systems or a keen ability to learn; Proficiency in producing statistical records and reports, and understanding budgets and targets.

Organisational skills; Attention to detail; Demonstrate good judgement & use of initiative; Working as part of and leading a small team; Good communicator Excellent customer care Qualified Level 2 swimming instructor
This is a part-time position, contracted to work 15 hours per week - the actual hours will be primarily to suit the successful candidate; this will be discussed more at interview. Additional hours will be required on occasions to provide cover for swimming lessons.
