As
Programmes Partners Assistant
, the successful candidate will play an integral role in providing administrative support to the Global Partners Support Manager and PMU staff in the implementation, coordination and monitoring of Human Appeal (HA)s international programmes, as well as supporting in the process of collecting and presenting project feedback to HA partners and/or donors. All with a view to ensuring the smooth operational running of HAs international programmes in order that as many beneficiaries as possible can be adequately supported by our charity.
We are ideally looking to appoint somebody immediately to this role.

Key duties and responsibilities of the
Programmes Partners Assistant
Provide programme implementation, management and monitoring support to the Programmes team.
Support the preparation of all key paperwork, review of proposals, drafting funding agreements/contracts and processing payment paperwork on the financial management system etc. in relating to the full programme management cycle.
Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Programmes department

Education
- Minimum Bachelors degree, ideally in a relevant field, such as Social Sciences, or International Development.
Experience
- At least 1 year experience of providing administrative support in a paid or voluntary capacity, ideally with an I/NGO. Understanding and passion for the International Development sector / Understanding the project life cycle. Proficiency in communication skills.
Computer skills
- Computer literate, proficient in MS Office Suite.
Languages
- Fluent English is essential. Additional languages are desirable: Arabic, French.
