Job Description

We are a small but growing company operating within UK airports and high-street retail environments. Our projects include

fit-outs, strip-outs, refurbishments, maintenance works and branded furniture installations

. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated

Project Administration Officer

to support our operational team.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow with the business and develop into a

Project Manager

. Training, guidance and progression opportunities will be provided for the right candidate.

Role Overview



The Project Administrator will support the coordination and delivery of multiple live projects. This includes managing documentation, logistics, scheduling and communication with clients, suppliers, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities



Provide administrative support to the Project and Operations team Prepare and manage

project documentation

including RAMS, permits, Health & Safety files and site access forms Organise logistics such as labour scheduling, deliveries, travel, accommodation and site pass applications Maintain project trackers, schedules, Dropbox/client folders and photo documentation Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and manufacturing partners (UK and EU-based) Assist with purchase orders, quotations, invoicing support and project close-out packs Support compliance with UK construction and CDM regulations

Person Specification



Essential:


? Background in

construction, shopfitting, facilities management, or building maintenance


? Experience in

project administration or coordination


? Advanced

IT skills

(Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, cloud-based systems such as SharePoint or Dropbox). A skills test will be required as part of recruitment process.
? Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
? Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
? Clear communication skills, written and verbal
? Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced business environment

Desirable:



Experience within

airport, retail fit-out or high-security construction environments

Knowledge of

CDM regulations, RAMS and Health & Safety documentation

Full UK driving licence

Have you previously worked in a role involving project administration, coordination, or site/document control? Are you able to travel to an office based between Liverpool and Manchester for the working hours of 08:00-16:30, Monday to Friday? This role starts as a 6-month temporary contract with the potential to become permanent and develop into a Project Manager position. Are you happy to progress on this basis?
