We are looking for a Project Administrator to join our Cementation team in Barrow.
You\xe2\x80\x99ll:
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, arrange hospitality, book venues/rooms, take minutes and distribute as necessary.
  • Complete Project Administration Monthly Checksheet for each phase of the works and revisit monthly to check we are complying with our paperwork systems.
  • Provide back up to the Document Controller when they are busy or out of the office, which involves controlling all site documentation, managing the issue and receipt of all drawings/revisable documents, and ensure that all registers/schedules are being kept up to date.
  • Assisting Project Staff in ensuring all documents look professional prior to the Document Controller issuing, including ensuring they are numbered correctly, signed as necessary and have the correct front sheets. Ensure all documents are saved in the correct location in the file structure and all superseded information is filed accordingly.
  • Ensure RAMS/ITP/WEP/PEP and other Plans are approved, being used, and have been briefed to all relevant parties.

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for:
  • Highly numerate & able to work with large amounts of numerical data, efficiently & effectively.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office \xe2\x80\x93 especially Excel, but also Word.
  • Good communications skills.
  • Well organised, with good administrative skills.
