We're on the lookout for a Project Administrator/Document Controller to join our team in Reading. If you're organised, detail-oriented, and ready to learn, this could be your perfect opportunity to grow your career in construction!

About the role:

Setting up and maintaining our document control systems.*
Keeping things on track by helping to organise and distribute documents to the right people at the right time.*
Supporting workflows by ensuring comments and approvals are tracked, and project deadlines are met.*
Providing support to both internal and external project users when they need help with the document control system.*
Resolving queries related to drawings and documents.*
Collaborating with project teams, suppliers, and third parties to ensure consistency in document control processes.*

About you:

Some understanding or interest in construction and document control processes (experience is a bonus, but not essential).*
A willingness to learn systems like Procore, Aconex, Conject, or 4Projects.*
Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.*
A sharp eye for detail and the ability to stay organised.*
A full, clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle (you may need to visit project sites).*
