Key Responsibilities
Support the
Account Manager
and
Project Coordinator
with client enquiries.
Communicate with Local Authorities to obtain required information.
Assist in preparing job packs for the Account Manager.
Work in line with Quality & Company procedures.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, clients, and Local Authorities.
Adhere to all
Health & Safety
requirements.
Provide general administrative support to the
Business Support Manager
.
Requirements
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional and approachable manner when dealing with clients and customers.
Strong IT skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Previous experience in administration is desirable but not essential.
