About the Role



As a Project Completion & Quality Coordinator, you will take ownership of the final stages of our bespoke furniture projects -- ensuring that every installation meets our design, quality, and client satisfaction standards. You will oversee snagging, manage outstanding items, and coordinate between site, production, and logistics to ensure every detail is delivered and installed perfectly. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for craftsmanship and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct thorough snagging inspections on completed installations, identifying missing, damaged, or defective items Meet with clients on-site to review joinery installations and record all outstanding works or issues Maintain and update detailed snagging and completion lists across multiple projects Liaise with the production team, procurement, and logistics to ensure replacements, repairs, and missing items are actioned promptly Coordinate deliveries and installation schedules for remedial or outstanding works Monitor progress to ensure all snagging items are resolved on time and to company standards Provide regular updates and clear communication to both the internal team and the client Ensure client satisfaction upon completion and manage the project sign-off process Support continuous improvement by feeding back recurring issues to design and production teams

Requirements



Strong understanding of joinery, furniture installation, and finishing standards. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Confident and professional client-facing communication skills Proven time management and coordination abilities across multiple projects Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Experience in interior fit-out, bespoke furniture, or similar high-end project environments Proficiency with project tracking tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
