Project Coordinator / Office Administrator

to join our team and play a key role in the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of our projects.

Role Overview:


This is a dual role with a primary focus on

project coordination

. You will be the central point of contact for project teams, helping to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. You will also support the wider office with essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Project Coordination:



Assist in the planning and scheduling of project timelines and deliverables Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and progress tracking Monitor project progress, track deadlines, and follow up on outstanding tasks Maintain project documentation, records, and reports Prepare and distribute project updates and status reports

Office Administration:



Provide general administrative support to the office and management team Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence Assist with timesheets, invoicing, and basic finance/admin tasks

Requirements:



Previous experience in a project coordination or similar administrative role is desirable but not essential. Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and take initiative Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
