Project Coordinator / PA
to support our Founder and Operations Team. You'll play a vital role in keeping daily activities running smoothly, coordinating diaries, operational communications and helping to drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Personal assistance and diary management for the Founder
Coordinate site diaries and team schedules using our project software
Support pricing tasks and liaise with suppliers
Keep customers updated throughout the project lifecycle
Organise subcontractor works and appointments
Provide general operational and administrative support
About You
2+ Years experience as PA or coordination
Excellent organisation and diary management skills
Strong IT skills, confident with the Microsoft Office suite
A clear communicator who can multitask in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, trustworthy and able to work independently from home
A proactive mindset -- you enjoy taking initiative and solving problems
