We are looking for a Project Administrator to join a great team in Tiverton. You will be working with people whose job is to keep things moving and working. This is a great company working within a great team and culture.

What is the role
  • As a project support administrator, you will be working closely with the project managers in all areas of the project\xe2\x80\x99s life cycle, From estimation and design stages through to construction, delivery, and invoicing.
  • You will collaborating with the Project Managers to provide prompt updates to customers on project delivery
  • Receiving and processing orders efficiently
  • Be involved in finance and customer account credit checks
  • Supporting the initiation to production and fabrication, to build systems
  • Ordering and procurement of materials
  • Logistical management
  • Schedule engineers for work and update the work planner
  • Delivery Tracking both inbound and outbound
  • Carry out invoicing and supply O&M manuals on completion, whilst ensuring systems are always kept up to date
  • Loading engineer commissioning documents into the system to activate the warranty
What we would like you to have
  • Experience within engineering or a manufacturing setting
  • Confident with MS Office suite products and the ability to learn other IT based systems (experience with SAP, Salesforce or CAD knowledge is a distinct advantage)
  • Previous experience within a business analysis or project led position.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders across the business using tact, diplomacy, and persuasiveness.
  • Previous experience of supporting employees through business change and adapting to different methods of training based on individual needs.
  • Strong attention to detail and technicalities
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
