Brief Description

To support and manage the delivery of change projects to agreed scope, time, cost and quality requirements around road vehicles.

The post holder will provide project support towards zero emissions vehicles alongside change projects supporting acting as the road fleet representative to deliver these.

This will include ability to manipulate data through excel in support of the project deliverables.

The location is Bristol but can be anywhere within the Wales & Western region.

About the role (External)

Your Main Responsibilities will be to:

1. Agree remit and success criteria of change projects with the relevant Executive Sponsors and Functional Directors.

2. Manage the development and delivery of change projects in compliance with company processes and procedures.

3. Manage the production of project management plans for change projects.

4. Establish and manage collaborative cross-functional virtual teams to deliver change projects, where appropriate.

5. Deliver regular progress reports on change projects, including relevant risks and issues, to Executive Sponsors and Functional Directors.

6. Manage project budgets within agreed targets.

7. Promote and monitor the use of efficiency improvement methods.

8. Disseminate lessons learnt.

You will ideally have

\xc2\xb7 Understanding of applying project methodologies

This role can be based anywhere in Wales & Western region, with an opportunity for hybrid working. There is a requirement to travel across the region.
